Thank you for showing interest towards The Learning Curve International School. Please go through the application process as below. Kindly note since we take 20 students for every grade, the priority will be given to those who pay the registration fees and send us the filled application along with the required documents

Admission Procedure

Take an appointment by phone or email and visit the school. We always encourage both the parents to visit us with the child, to get a feel of our environment and people.

Our team will take you around and spend time with you, to understand your hopes and expectations and your child’s aspirations and dreams.

If the family and the school find each other compatible, we will complete the admission formalities and confirm your child’s enrolment, since we have limited seats.

    Documents required for Indian students

    • 4 passports & 4 stamp size photographs.
    • Original and photocopy of Aadhaar card of both child and parent
    • Original and photocopy of child’s birth certificate
    • Submit a copy of previous 3 year’s assessments reports (applicable from Grade 2 onwards)

    Documents required for foreign students

    • 5 passports & 5 stamp size photographs..
    • Kindly bring the Original and photocopy of passport and visa of both child and parent.
    • original and photocopy of residential agreement (rental agreement)
    • Submit a copy of previous 3 year’s assessments reports (applicable from Grade 2 onwards)

    Registration

    • Parents need to apply by submitting a filled application form and pay the non-refundable registration fees as mentioned in the fee structure. The fee structure can be obtained from the school office.
    • The application form and registration fees can be either submitted online or to the office along with copies of supporting documents as mentioned above.
    • Assessments: Students applying to classes from fifth grade and above may be required to take baseline assessments for Math and English.
    • Final decisions regarding admission are subject to the principal’s discretion.
    • Edit Meeting with Principal will be scheduled and final decisions regarding admission are subject to the principal’s discretion.

    Fee structure

    • In order to block a seat, we need you to submit the filled form online on our website and pay the registration fees. Alternatively, you can also visit our school and complete these formalities.
    • We also accept cheque or Demand Draft or Online transfer. Please reach out to the office in case you have any doubts.
    • Textbook, transport is on actuals.
    • Board exams charges for Grade 10, Grade 11 & 12 (AS & A2) are separate and additional. The amount varies based on the subject or streams the student chooses

    Guidelines for parents

    • Parents are requested to follow the guidelines of the student hand book thoroughly and strictly.
    • Parents are to ensure that students wear their school uniform as per the guidelines provided in the student handbook.
    • Full fees has to be paid irrespective of the exam series students choose for board exams
    • It is mandatory for parents to share a valid parent phone number and email or guardian contact coordinates with which the school can reach out in case of emergencies.
    • Kindly send a snack box and water bottle with the child. Vegetarian hot lunch is provided here at school.
    • Kindly note that any communication from school to the parents will be shared via whatsapp and email.
    • Parents who are traveling abroad are requested to plan their holidays based on the school's academic calendar, that way the students are not missing out on their curriculum.
    • It is mandatory for students/Parents to attend school PTM, events and competitions held by the school.
